Technology has flattened the world, created new markets, and global engineering companies. Many engineers and technologists in the 21st century must be able to understand people and cultures and work effectively within this context. While many BYU students have two years of experience working with people of different cultures and countries, the college seeks to enhance those skills by experiences a technical context.
Establish a culture that develops within students the characteristics shown below. Fully 50% of our students will have experience in working with global engineering and technology projects.
