Exemptions will only be given after all reasonable efforts have been made to conform to the quotas. Exemption requests must be signed by a sponsoring faculty and the reasons why you can not comply with the default quota must be given.

To access the quota exemption form (preferred method):

Login to CMS

Click "Quota Information"

Find the account you would like to extend and click "Request Extension" (This will automatically generate a form that can be printed)

Print the form and fill out the remaining information

Take the completed form to Daniel Tiechert in CB 306A.
