College Lecture from the Ferrells followed by a Q&A

All students, faculty, staff and ACET members are invited to join the college for a lecture from Patrell Engineering Group, owned and operated by ACET’s own Doug and Nancy Ferrell and family. They will share their experiences working on the structural engineering for Pandora – The World of Avatar now open at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

Student Innovator of the Year (SIOY) Speed Mentoring Event
 

Teams of student innovators will have 15 minutes to pitch their idea to a panel of ACET members, with the goal of strengthening their projects for the March 2018 SIOY competition. We want to offer the teams a wide variety of perspectives; all ACET guests are encouraged to participate.

After dinner, we’ll be guided through a professional tasting by an expert from Taste, Provo’s premiere place for the best chocolate, olive oils, vinegars, meats and cheeses the world has to offer. The tasting will begin at 7:00 p.m.
