At the end of 2007, Roger will retire from Dow Chemical and has been appointed the Director of Experiential Learning in the MBA program of the Marriott Business School at BYU. He hopes to teach, coach, and mentor students to have lives and careers as interesting and rewarding as the ones with which the Lord has blessed him.
