BYU to Host PACE Annual Forum

  PACE (Partners for the Advancement of Collaborative Engineering Education) will be holding its Annual Forum in Provo, Utah, this year on July 24–28. BYU’s Ira A. Fulton College of Engineering & Technology is hosting the conference and expects over 200 participants. All 34 PACE universities from eight different countries will be represented, and several sponsors of the project will be in attendance also.

Speakers include Provo Mayor Lewis Billings and Utah Lt. Governor Gary Herbert. The forum will promote concept development, conceptualization, product engineering, manufacturing engineering, simulation, and managed development environment.

PACE links GM, EDS, Sun Microsystems, and UGS to support a selected group of academic institutions in the US and worldwide to develop the automotive life cycle management (PLM) leaders of the future. For more details, go to
