Clyde Building Room 487A

This is room 487A. This is called the "yellow room," and it contains the lithography tools needed in the fabrication of semiconductor devices. The yellow lights prevent exposure of lithographic chemicals (much like the red light in a dark room). Equipment found in this room are: mask aligners, photoresist spintracks, a line width measurer, and a few resitivity meters.
