We will be using groups for problem-solving exercises in class.
In order to work effectively in groups, we need to honor the seating assignments.
Each of you has a student account for this class. You can log on to your student account to edit your e-mail address and the code that is used to display your homework and exam scores.
The password to logon to your account was mailed to you at the beginning of the semester. Contact Dr. Jones if you have forgotten your password.
Optional: Excel 2007 Bible, John Walkenbach
This is a great textbook to use as a reference. It is optional since we don't do any homework assignments directly out of the book. But if you can afford a copy, it is a good addition to your library and it will help you succeed in this class. The schedule lists reading assignments from this textbook.
