Beta Release of new TLF Website!

The TLF website will be moving to a new design at the beginning of winter semester! The new website is mostly ready to go, but we would love to get some feedback from you. Take a look at the BETA version of the website at http://www.et.byu.edu/groups/mlfweb/ and let us know what you think.
Internship and fulltime employment postings on the TLF website

The TLF office is opening an amazing door of opportunity to manufacturing students. The office will now be posting know internship and fulltime employment opportunities to the TLF website.
The postings can be easily checked from the TLF homepage by clicking on either the "Internships" or "Fulltime Employment" tab. The company names are linked to a more detailed description of the available position.
Perhaps most exciting of all :-), is the employment RSS feed. An RSS news feed works like a bookmark that can be placed in the bookmark toolbar at the top of the Mozilla Firefox browser. Clicking on the bookmark drops down a list of the internships and fulltime jobs that have been posted (with the most recently posted on the top of the list). Clicking on the company name will take you to the opportunity description. The TLF Employment RSS feed is a great way to stay updated on opportunity postings without having to constantly visit the website. The TLF website help page isn't empty!

If you have a question about something to do with the TLF, before making the long hike down the hall to the TLF office in room 270 of the Crabtree, check the TLF website help page. We just might have the answer to your question there. We will be updating the page as we think of new questions that you all might have. You can also send us your questions from the FEEDBACK page. You'll find links to both of these pages toward the top-right of every page on the site.
The TLF Has an RSS News Feed

Feel free to subscribe to the TLF News Feed. The TLF RSS feed is a quick way to check announcements and news posted on the TLF website. If you are using Mozilla Firefox, you can subscribe to the TLF feed by clicking on the orange RSS symbol in the bottom right hand corner of this page (or it might be in the address bar).
Please Send Internship Photos
We would like to start posting photos to this page of the sorts of things students are doing as interns. If you have a photo you would like to see posted here, please bring it to the TLF office or email it to mlfweb@byu.edu.

Be sure to check out the new Manufacturing Publications page to view or download many articles about manufacturing that Dr. Strong has had published.
