Following last year's successful animation short Lemmings, the Brigham Young University Animation Department presents Petshop. The project took over a year to produce and involved the collaboration of eighteen seniors.
 
After each student pitched their version of the story, a vote was taken to decide the final plot. Chin, a chinchilla, desperately tries to get the attention of a curious customer, Billy, who becomes diverted by Lou the Lizard. A furious competition ensues between Chin and Lou.
