Student scholarships are perhaps the single greatest need in the College of Engineering and Technology. Of necessity, most of our scholarship funds come from the generosity of alumni and friends:

In order to accommodate the great numbers of students whose dream is to obtain a BYU education, we must move students through our programs faster. Scholarships allow students to increase their class load when they are able to spend less time being employed.

Scholarships provide a life line to students who are qualified to attend BYU but lack the necessary funds.

Certain scholarships allow our college the opportunity to attract top students to our programs.
