The college leadership of the Ira A. Fulton College was appointed in July 2016 with Michael A. Jensen as dean, Jim Trent as assistant dean, and Larry L. Howell and W. Vincent Wilding as associate deans.

Michael Jensen, dean, is a past chair of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. His research interests center on designing antennas for wireless communications, characterizing propagation channels and developing advanced signal processing techniques for robust and secure communications. His publications in these areas include three book chapters, 75 journal articles and over 190 conference articles.

Associate Dean Larry Howell, professor of mechanical engineering, oversees graduate programs and research throughout the college.  Associate Dean Vincent Wilding, professor of chemical engineering, directs undergraduate programs.

Assistant Dean Jim Trent oversees the College External Relations department, which leads the college's student job placement, fundraising and alumni outreach efforts.
