Each year, the BYU Ira A. Fulton College of Engineering and Technology celebrates Engineering and Technology Week as part of the larger National Engineers Week. One of the week’s major events is the BYU EngTech expo, where 1,000 middle and high school students are invited to campus. To learn more about the fields of engineering and technology, students tour labs and visit interactive booths put together by the college’s clubs. Each club is responsible for running either an interactive booth or an engineering-related competition.
Participating in the BYU EngTech expo is a fabulous opportunity to showcase the unique purpose of each club and provides great outreach to both future students and current students within the college. Check out this link for ideas about potential interactive booths and competitions.
